You further agree to have the current and up-to-date versions of RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, Macromedia Flash, and Internet Explorer browser installed on your computer system and have tested it to ensure it's functionality prior to signing up.  In order to take full advantage of the features of this website, it is strongly recommended that you have AT LEAST A 256K MODEM CONNECTION OR BETTER.      It is also advised that if you still choose to join our website and have connection lower than this, you WILL experience delays in streams and lengthly downloads.  Please be aware that it is up to the member to take these things into consideration before signing up to militaryclassified.com because we do not offer refunds for these delays or related issues.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting our support page. Failure to provide accurate contact information or failure to properly request a cancellation may result in your account being charged for the entire subscription amount. Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless notice is received prior to the renewal date. Should you be billed for services you have not received, please contact Customer support for a credit.

The subscription information you purchase is for your use only. If the password protection program on this server detects that your username is being used by multiple parties, your account will be immediately terminated without refund. For this reason, it is important that you select a username and password that are hard to guess and that you do not share your password with anyone else. Password sharing and theft are strictly prohibited!

REQUIRED SOFTWARE FOR MILITARYCLASSIFIED.COM

Please consult your vendor's documentation for CSS/HTML version 4-capable browsers on other platforms.

2. Some pages, including the Home page and Galleries, make use of Macromedia Flash. You must have version 6 or higher of the Macromedia Flash player installed on your computer. You can download the latest version of the Flash player at http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer.

3. Movies on militaryclassified.com are encoded using RealVideo 8 and Windows Media video 2. TERMINATION

militaryclassified.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service if it believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. militaryclassified.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
